Articulating Multilingual Learner STEM Teacher Needs – Roundtable

STEMteachersNYC and the Institute of Latin American Studies (ILAS) at Columbia University, through its K-12 Outreach Program, are teaming up to create more space to listen and respond to the specific voices and needs of those in our STEM community working with Multilingual Learners – and we would love for you to join us!

Leveraging the community learning strengths of STEMteachersNYC and the curricular and outreach strengths of ILAS, we are inviting representatives of this diverse teaching community – those teaching in Bilingual, Multilingual and ELLs STEM contexts, as well as those with extensive field, policy and research backgrounds – to our second virtual roundtable June 15th, 5:00pm EDT, to share experiences and articulate needs – our goals are to listen, to distill and to amplify.
