He will share his expertise on the Constitutional process surrounding this moment for Chile, focusing on the mechanics of the referendum. Topics include:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>How would a new constitution be written? He was Ambassador of Chile to the United States of America (from 2010 to 2012) and is the founding partner of Estudio Fermandois, a boutique firm specialized in Public Law, ranked in Band 1 by Chambers &amp; Partners (2015-2020).&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"ls-force-justify\">Arturo Fermandois is a tenured professor of Constitutional Law in Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Chile where he has taught for 25 years and has been tenured for 10 years. He was Head of the Public Law Department from 2015-2018 and a visiting scholar in Harvard Law School during 2004-2005. He has published two books and more than fifty specialized articles on Constitutional Law, with a special focus in Economic Constitutional law.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Event Guidelines:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.
