We want to let you know about some exciting changes that have recently taken place within our team.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Luksic Scholars Foundation is dedicated to addressing Chile’s needs by strategically managing our programs to foster individual and intellectual growth, thus equipping people to be able to respond to today’s global challenges. Our pursuit of maintaining and strengthening partnerships and program offerings, and enhancing Scholar support all aim to provide more opportunities for effective problem-solving in today’s world.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of our commitment to providing you with new opportunities and initiatives, we have made the following changes to our team’s structure:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“It has been a very entertaining few years working to promote the Luksic Scholars Foundation and I am permanently inspired by seeing and hearing from this community of Scholars that fills us with pride. Trinidad Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, Program Development Leader, collaborates in designing and implementing the Foundation’s strategy, managing relationships with institutions, and coordinating and monitoring initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

“The team’s restructuring has coincided with an exciting institutional phase at Luksic Scholars Foundation, in which we hope to announce more programs and partnerships with new universities in the near future. Personally, I am delighted to continue contributing from my role in facilitating access to programs at international academic institutions.” – Trini<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gabrielle Trasatti<\/strong> takes on the role of Outreach Coordinator, collaborating in the design and implementation of the strategy for engaging with the national ecosystem, supporting relationship management, generating and monitoring engagement actions, and assisting in the creation and dissemination of communication content.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

“It has been an honor to serve the Luksic Scholars Community over the past three years. Thank you to all of those who have shared your experiences and stories with me, and for making the Community what it is today. As I step into my new role, my focus will shift towards expanding our reach, hopefully allowing our programs to become more accessible to Chileans, who will, in time, become integral members of this diverse, ever-growing Community.” – Gabby<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vanessa G\u00f3mez<\/strong> joins the team as Programs Manager to continue strengthening our relationship with historical international partners and also to support the search for new programs that will broaden our program offerings in line with Chile’s needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

“I am excited to embark on my new role as Program Manager for the Luksic Scholars Foundation. This position represents more than “just a job”; it is a chance to make a real impact on the lives of many talented and ambitious leaders in our country. I am also eager to share exciting new learning and professional development opportunities with you in the upcoming months.” – Vane<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I feel very fortunate to have joined this remarkable team and I cannot wait to contribute towards the continuous growth and development of the amazing Luksic Scholars Community! I look forward to helping Scholars grow personally and professionally.” – Cami<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lastly, we are pleased to announce that Ben Thompson<\/strong>, Program Manager, will embark on a new journey in August. He will be pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy at the University of Oxford. We extend our sincere gratitude to Ben for his valuable contribution since the Foundation’s inception in 2020 and we wish him the greatest success in this exciting new chapter.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

“During my 2 years at the Foundation, I have been able to work closely with many of you in the Community to adjust and improve our programs, as well as launch and grow the Luksic Scholars Fund. In this context,<\/strong><\/em> our face-to-face and virtual meetings inspired me a lot and I hope that, together with the team, you can continue to get to know each other and strengthen ties within the Community. During this time, your testimonials, ideas, and reflections are the things that have helped us the most to develop the work of the Foundation today. Thank you for your generosity with me and with the team. I wish you all the best of luck in your next projects, I will keep an eye on your efforts to contribute to our society, and I hope our paths cross again!” – Ben<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ha sido un honor servir a la Comunidad Luksic Scholars durante los \u00faltimos tres a\u00f1os.
